- Federal Decree-Law No. 50 of 2023 On the Organisation of Public Benefit Institutions and its Executive Regulations;
- Federal Decree No. 178 of 2024 On the Appointment of Ministers;
- The licence issued by the Community Development Department for the licensing of the Emirates Tourism Media Association on 26 June 2025;
- Based on the proposal of the Assistant Undersecretary for the Regulation of Social Institutions;
- Based on the public interest
have decided:
A public benefit association shall be established and registered under the name "Emirates Tourism Media Association" under number 243 in the Ministry's records. Its headquarters shall be in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its area of activity shall be the United Arab Emirates, in order to achieve the following objectives:
