Minister of Climate Change and Environment,
- Upon reviewing Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 regarding the competencies of ministries and powers of ministers and its amendments, and
- Federal Law No. 22 of 2016 regulating possession of dangerous animals, and
- Ministerial Decision No. 721 of 2017 AD regarding the amendment of Annex 1 attached to Federal Law No. 22 of 2016 regulating possession of dangerous animals, and
- Based on the requirements of the public interest,
Has decided:
Amending Annex No. 1 attached to Federal Law No. 22 of 2016 regulating possession of dangerous animals, in accordance with the amended annex attached to this Decision.
Ministerial Decision No. 721 of 2017 AD amending Annex 1 attached to Federal Law No. 22 of 2016 regulating possession of dangerous animals shall be annulled.
Any decision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Decision shall be cancelled.
