- Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2022 Promulgating of the Crimes and Penalties Law, and its amendments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2024 on the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Justice,
has decided:
The following words and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:
State: United Arab Emirates.
Ministry: Ministry of Justice.
Minister: Minister of Justice.
Assistant Undersecretary: Assistant Undersecretary of the Judicial Services Sector.
Decree-Law: Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2022 promulgating the Crimes and Penalties Law, as amended.
