- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and amendments thereof;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 concerning Regulation of Labor Relations and its Executive Regulations;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 13 of 2022 concerning Unemployment Insurance System;
- Cabinet Decision No. 97 of 2022 regarding the procedures and controls for the implementation of Unemployment Insurance System;
- Ministerial Decision No. 604 of 2022 concerning the Unemployment Insurance System.
Resolved:
In accordance with paragraph (2) of Article 8 of the Cabinet Decision No. 97 of 2022 cited above, it is decreed to extend the specified period of registration to unemployment insurance systems for employees subject to Federal Decree-Law No. 13 of 2022 as set forth in Paragraph (1) of Article 11 of Ministerial Decision No. 604 of 2022.
