- Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law no. 1 of 1972 regarding the Jurisdictions of the Ministries and the Competences of the Ministers, and the amending laws thereof; and
- The Federal Law no. 8 of 2013 Concerning the Prevention and Control of Contagious and infectious animal diseases and its Executive Regulation, and
- The Federal Law No. 11 of 2002 on the regulation and control of international trade of endangered species and
- Federal Law no. 6 of 1979 regarding the Veterinary Quarantine, and the amending laws thereof; and
- Federal Law no. 16 of 2007 regarding the Animal Welfare and its amendment; and
- Federal Law no. 22 of 2018 regarding the Animal Welfare and its amendment; and
- Based on the conditions set forth in the OIE Code of 2015, and within the Ministry framework to achieve the strategic objective of promoting and sustaining food diversity; and acting upon the requirements of the public interest,
