Ministerial Decision No. 3 of 2025 Concerning the Implementing Rules and Conditions for Business Owners, Self-Employed Persons and Freelancers to benefit from Federal Decree-Law No. 57 of 2023

- Having reviewed the Constitution;

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;

- Federal Law No. 6 of 1999 On the Establishment of the Public Authority for Pensions and Social Insurance and its amendments;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 57 of 2023 On Pensions and Social Insurance;

- Board of Directors Decision No. 76 of 2024 Concerning the Executive Rules and Conditions for the Benefit of Business Owners, Self-Employed Persons and Professionals under Federal Decree-Law No. 57 of 2023;

- And Board of Directors Decision No. 58 of 2025 concerning the executive rules and conditions of benefit for business owners, self-employed persons and freelancers under Federal Decree-Law No. 57 of 2023
