- having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 3 of 1983 On the Federal Judiciary, and its amendments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 23 of 2008 On the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Justice;
- Ministerial Council for Services Decision No. (21/24/F) of 2015, Session No. 2,
has decided:
A Committee shall be formed under the chairmanship of Judge Ibrahim Obaid Al Ali, President of the Umm Al Quwain Federal Court of Appeal, and the membership of each of the followingِ:
- Judge Yousef Hassan Rajab, President of the Court of First Instance, Ras Al Khaimah Courts Department
- Judge Ahmed Ali Al Dhanhani, Senior First Instance Judge at Dubai Courts.
- Counsellor Mohammed Dweher Al Katheeri, Head of the Abu Dhabi Public Prosecution.
- Mr Haitham Ali Al-Shawka, Chief Prosecutor.
- Counsellor Mariam Ali Al Tamimi, Head of the Legislation Department.
