- The provisions of Federal Law No. 2 of 2015 on Commercial Companies.
- After consultation and coordination with the competent local authorities in the UAE
decides the following:
In the application of the provisions of this Decision, the following words and terms shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them, unless the context indicates otherwise:
Companies Law: Federal Law No. 2 of 2015 on Commercial Companies and any amendments thereto.
Ministry: Ministry of Economy.
Competent Authority: The Department of Economic Development in the concerned Emirate or the Competent Authority for corporate affairs in the concerned Emirate.
Company: Commercial Limited Liability Company.
General Manager: The General Manager authorised to manage the Company by the partners...
