- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 6 of 2022 Concerning Cooperative Associations;

- Cabinet Decision No. 55 of 2024 Concerning the Issuance of the Executive Regulations for Federal Decree-Law No. 6 of 2022 Concerning Cooperative Associations;

- Based on the presentation by the Undersecretary of the Ministry

Article 1 - Definitions

The definitions of the terms contained in Federal Decree-Law No. 6 of 2022 Concerning Cooperative Associations and its Executive Regulations shall apply unless the context requires otherwise.

Article 2 - Conditions for the Entry of a Strategic Partner and Determination of its Share

The entry of a strategic partner into a Cooperative Association shall be subject to the following conditions:

1. The requirements for the issuance of financial instruments and financing shares specified in the Federal Decree-Law and its Executive Regulations.
