- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 6 of 2022 On Cooperatives;
- Cabinet Decision No. 68 of 2020 On the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Economy;
- Cabinet Decision No. 55 of 2024 On the Issuance of the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 6 of 2022 On Cooperatives;
- Upon the presentation of the Undersecretary of the Ministry
has decided:
In the application of the provisions of this Decision, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them, and the terms in this Decision defined in the Decree-Law shall have the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:
Registrar: The person appointed by the Board of Directors of the Cooperative to manage and register the members' properties and shares in the Cooperative according to the information specified in this Decision.
