This Ministerial Decision amended Ministerial Decision No. 100 of 2020.
Minister of State for Financial Affairs:
- Having reviewed the Constitution,
- Cabinet Decision No. 57 of 2020 Concerning Economic Substance Requirements,
- Ministerial Decision No. 100 of 2020 On the Issuance of Directives for the Implementation of the Provisions of Cabinet Decision No. 57 of 2020 Concerning Economic Substance Requirements,
has decided:
1. Two new paragraphs shall be added to Clause (2.2) of Ministerial Decision No. 100 of 2020, to be read as follows:
- On 2 September, 2024 the Cabinet issued Decision No. 98 of 2024 amending some provisions of Cabinet Decision No. 57 of 2020
- Licensees and exempt licensees are subject to the ESR Regulations for financial years beginning on or after 1 January, 2019 and ending on or before 31 December, 2022.
