- Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2024 Concerning Medical Products, the Pharmacy Profession and Pharmaceutical Establishments;
- Ministerial Decision No. 379 of 2019 Concerning the Unified Electronic Platform for Prescribing and Dispensing Narcotic Drugs and Controlled and Semi-Controlled Substances, and its amendments;
