- having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 41 of 2023 on Regulating the Auditing and Accounting Professions and its Executive Regulation,
- Ministerial Decision No. 139 of 2024 on the Formation and Working System of the Professional Compliance Committee for the Accounting and Auditing Profession,
- Federal Judicial Council Decision No. 56 of 2024 on the Assignment of a Judge,
- as presented by the Undersecretary of the Ministry,
has decided:
In the application of the provisions of this Decision, the same definitions contained in the aforementioned Federal Decree-Law No. 41 of 2023 shall apply. Otherwise, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
