Ministerial Decision No. 227 of 2023 Amending some provisions of Ministerial Decision No. 178 of 2017 On Traffic Control Rules and Procedures

Minister of the Interior:

- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;

- Federal Law No. 21 of 1995 on Traffic, and its amendments;

- Ministerial Decision No. 130 of 1997 Issuing the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 21 of 1995 on Traffic, and its amendments.

- Ministerial Decision No. 178 of 2017 On Traffic Control Rules and Procedures, and its amendments,

has decided:

Article 1

New violations with numbers 115, 116, 117 shall be added to the table attached to Ministerial Decision No. 178 of 2017 referred to above, as follows:

Article 2

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect from the date of its publication.
