- Federal Law No. 21 of 1995 on Traffic, and its amendments
- Ministerial Decision No. 130 of 1997 Issuing the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 21 of 1995 on Traffic, and its amendments
has decided:
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ministerial Decision No. 130 of 1997 shall be amended as follows
All road users, both vehicle drivers and pedestrians, shall abide by the following
1. Exercise the utmost care and caution.
2. Not to jeopardise their lives or the lives of others.
3. Follow traffic rules and norms, signals and signs.
4. Follow the instructions of police and traffic officers on their path.
5. Follow the instructions of police, traffic, civil defence and emergency, disaster and crisis authorities in cases of emergencies, disasters and crises.
6. Do not harm, hinder or harass others more than is necessary and unavoidable under the circumstances.
