- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2020 On Standards and Metrology;
- The recommendation of the Standards and Metrology Steering Committee at its second meeting for the year 2023;
- Based on the exigencies of public interest
have decided the following:
Adoption of Standard Specifications of the UAE No. 5056:2023 UAE.S entitled "Fire extinguishers using nanotechnology" (Microencapsulate)
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the next day from the date of publication.
