Ministerial Decision No. 20 of 2025 on the Addition of Harmonised Customs Codes to the Classification of Industrial Waste

Minister of Foreign Trade 

- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments,

- Cabinet Decision No. 118 of 2023 On the Regulations Governing the Valuation of Industrial Waste; 

- Cabinet Decision No. 119 of 2023 On Administrative Violations and Penalties Imposed on Violators of the Provisions of Cabinet Decision No. 118 of 2023 On the Regulations Governing the Valuation of Industrial Waste;

- Cabinet Decision No. 131 of 2023 On Fees for the Export of Industrial Waste

has decided:

Article 1 - Definitions

The definitions contained in Cabinet Decision No. 118 of 2023 On the Regulations Governing the Valuation of Industrial Waste shall apply.

Article 2 - Addition of harmonized customs codes for a category of industrial waste related to scrap and waste electrical and electronic equipment
