- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 57 of 2023 Concerning Pensions and Social Security;
- Ministerial Decision No. 1 of 2024 on the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 57 of 2023 Concerning Pensions and Social Security,
- Based on the decision of the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Pensions and Social Security taken by pass on 7 February 2025,
has decided:
Article 2 of the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 57 of 2023 Concerning Pensions and Social Security shall be replaced by the following text:
1. The provisions of this Decision shall apply to the following categories:
a. A citizen who joins employment for the first time with an employer as of October 31, 2023.
b. A citizen whose last service terminates in accordance with any of the pension laws in force in the State and then joins an employe...
