- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competences of ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 10 of 2015 On Food Safety and its Implementing Regulations;
- Cabinet Decision No. 32 of 2017 On the Organisational Structure of the Ministry;
- Based on the requirements of the public interest
has decided:
The National System for the Management, Tracking, Withdrawal and Recovery of Food and Feed and Monitoring their Safety attached to this decision is hereby adopted.
The Ministry shall supervise the implementation of the National System for the management, tracking, Withdrawal and Recovery of Food and Feed and the Monitoring of their safety in coordination with the relevant state authorities.
The competent department within the Ministry shall submit quarterly reports to the Minister on the results of the implementation of this Decision.
