- Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2022 On Regulating the Professions of Law and Legal Consultancy;
- Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2024 On the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Justice;
- Cabinet Decision No. 8 of 2025 On the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2022 On the Regulation of the Professions of Law and Legal Counselling;
- Cabinet Decision No. 9 of 2025 Approving the Charter of Labour for the Professions of Lawyers and Legal advisers;
- Ministerial Decision No. 904 of 2022 On the Formation of the Lawyers Admission Committee;
has decided:
The Lawyers and Legal Advisers Regulatory Committee shall be formed under the chairmanship of His Excellency the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice, with the following members:
