The Minister of Climate Change and Environment,
- Upon reviewing Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 regarding the competencies of ministries and the powers of
ministers and its amendments, and
- Federal Law No. 22 of 2016 regulating possession of dangerous animals, and based on the requirements of the public interest,
Has decided:
Amending Annex 2 attached to Federal Law No. 22 of 2016 regulating possession of dangerous animals, in accordance with the annex attached to this Decision.
All relevant authorities in the country shall implement the provisions of this Decision.
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect from the date of its publication.
