- Federal Decree-Law No. 48 of 2021 on higher education;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 49 of 2022 on human resources in the federal government;
- Cabinet Decision No. 48 of 2023 regarding the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 49 of 2022 on human resources in the federal government;
- Cabinet Decision No. 106 of 2024 approving the National Qualifications Framework;
- Cabinet Decision No. 101/M/9 of 2024, session (9), regarding the organizational structure of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research;
- Minister of Education Decision No. 30 of 2023 concerning admission standards for bachelor's programs in higher education institutions;
- Ministerial Decision No. 1 of 2024 concerning the organizational structure of departments, divisions, and their roles in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research;
