- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 4 of 2015 Concerning Private Health Facilities, as amended, and its Executive Regulations;
- Federal Law No. 5 of 2019 Regulating the Practice of Medicine and its Executive Regulations;
- Federal Law No. 6 of 2023 On the Practice of Certain Health Professions by Non-Physicians and Non-Pharmacists;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 2016 On Medical Liability, its amendments and its Executive Regulations;
- Cabinet Decision No. 20 of 2017 Approving the Unified Standards for Licensing Health Professionals at the State level and its amendments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 11 of 2021 Concerning the Organisational structure of the Ministry of Health and Prevention;
- based on the requirements of the public interest
has decided:
The national standards for mobile healthcare units attached to this Decision are hereby approved.
