- Federal Law No. 5 of 2019 On the Regulation of the Practice of Medicine and its Executive Regulations;
- Federal Law No. 6 of 2023 On the Practice of Certain Health Professions by Non-Physicians and Non-Pharmacists;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 2016 On Medical liability, its amendments and its Executive Regulations;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2024 On Medical Products, the Pharmacy Profession and Pharmaceutical Establishments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 20 of 2017 Approving the Unified Standards for Licensing Health Professionals at the State Level and its amendments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 11 of 2021 Regarding the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Health and Prevention;
