- Federal Law No. 4 of 2015 On Private Health Facilities, its amendments and its Executive Regulations;
- Federal Law No. 5 of 2019 On the Organization of the Practice of the Profession of Human Medicine and its Executive Regulations;
- Federal Law No. 6 of 2013 On the Practice of Non-doctors and Pharmacists of some Health Professions;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 2016 On Medical Liability, its amendments and its Executive Regulations;
- Cabinet Decision No. 20 of 2017 On the Adoption of Unified Standards for Licensing Practitioners of Health Professions at the State Level and its amendments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 11 of 2021 On the Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Health and Prevention;
- Based on the requirements of the public interest
