- Cabinet Decision No. 16 of 2024 On the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2022 On the Regulation of the Notary Profession,
- Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2024 On the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Justice,
has decided:
The definitions provided in the aforementioned Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2022 shall apply to this Decision unless the context requires otherwise.
This Decision aims to:
1. Ensure the optimal use of information technology and visual communications in the work of the Notary Public.
