- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 30 of 2021 Concerning the Control of Narcotic Substances and Psychotropic Substances and its amendments,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 28 of 2023 Concerning the Establishment of the Emirates Drug Establishment,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2024 Concerning Medical Products, the Pharmacy Profession and Pharmaceutical Establishments,
- and the minutes of the meeting of the Higher Committee for Monitoring and Reviewing Schedules of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances No. 1 of 2025,
has decided the following:
The substances listed in Appendix No. 1 attached to this decision shall be added to Schedule No. 1 attached to Federal Decree-Law No. 30 of 2021 referred to above, according to their serial numbers for inclusion in the Schedule.
