- Federal Law No. 4 of 2015 Concerning Private Health Facilities and its amendments and Executive Regulations;
- Federal Law No. 5 of 2019 Regulating the Practice of the Medical Profession and its Executive Regulations;
- Federal Law No. 6 of 2023 Concerning the Practice of Certain Health Professions by Non-Physicians and Non-Pharmacists;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 2016 Concerning Medical Liability, its amendments and its Executive Regulations;
- Cabinet Decision No. 20 of 2017 Approving the Unified Standards for Licensing Health Professionals at the state level and its amendments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 11 of 2021 On the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Health and Community Protection;
- Based on the requirements of the public interest
