- Cabinet Decision No. 102 of 2022 issuing a List of Administrative Penalties for Acts Committed in Violation of the Provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 on Commercial Companies,
- Ministerial Decision No. 377 of 2010 regarding the Approval of the Procedures Manual for the Licensing of the Branches and Offices of Overseas Facilities and the Free Zones within the UAE,
