After reviewing Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 AD. concerning the competencies of ministries, the powers of ministers, and its amendments, and
- Federal Law No. 10 of 2002 regarding the practice of the veterinary medicine profession and its amendments, and
- Based on the requirements of the public interest,
Have decided:
In the application of the provisions of this Decision, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to each of them, unless the context otherwise requires:
State: United Arab Emirates.
The Ministry: Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.
Minister: Minister of Climate Change and Environment.
Veterinary Medicine Profession: Any of the activities of veterinary medical practices practiced by the Veterinarian.
