- After perusing the federal law No. 1 of 1972 concerning the functions of Ministries and powers of Ministers and amendments thereof,
- The federal law No. 6 of 1979 concerning the veterinary quarantine and amendments thereof,
- The federal law No. 8 of 2013 concerning the protection and control of infectious and contagious animal diseases and executive regulation thereof,
- The federal law No. 22 of 2016 regulating the possession of dangerous animals and executive regulations thereof,
- And according to the public interest requirements,
Has decided,
This Decision aims to regulate the import of cats and dogs and their transit within the concern of the Ministry to prevent contagious and infectious animal diseases.
1. Countries shall be classified according to risk level of Rabies into the following groups:
