- Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 On Commercial Companies
- Federal Decree-Law No. 37 of 2022 Concerning Family Businesses
has decided:

Committee: Family Business Dispute Resolution Committee, as provided for in Article 20 of the Decree-Law Concerning Family Businesses.
Partner/Shareholder: Any owner of Shares or stocks in the Family Business.
Share: The Share of the partner or Shareholder in the Family Business.
Family Business: Any company established in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law, the majority of whose Shares or stocks are owned by persons belonging to the same family and which is registered as a Family Business in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Federal Decree-Law No. 37 of 2022 Concerning Family Businesses.
