Mandatory Curriculum Requirements for Private Schools in Dubai
Islamic Education, Arabic, Social Studies and Moral Education
For the academic year 2024-25
In accordance with Article 18 in the Executive Council Decision 2 issued in 2017, and the Ministry of Education (MoE) Decision 610 issued in 2019 concerning the regulation of the teaching of the mandatory subjects of Islamic Education, Arabic and Social Studies, and in line with the MoE Decision 194 issued in 2023 regarding the teaching of these subjects in public and private schools operating the MoE curriculum, the following table shows the time allocation requirements for the subjects of Islamic Education, Arabic, UAE Social Studies in addition to Moral Education in private schools in Dubai during the academic year 2024/2025.
