1. It is impermissible to operate any Marine Excursions unless it has been registered with the Ministry, in accordance with the provisions of this Decision.
2. Marine Excursions shall only be used for intended purposes.
3. No person may operate any Marine Excursions or work therein unless upon obtaining license from the Ministry.
4. Ship borne Identification System should be fixed by Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Ministry (CICA) for the Marine Excursions of total capacity less than (300 Ton).
5. To fix Radio System for all Marine Excursions of more than (35 feet) length.
6. To fix a notice board with the number issued by the Security Ministry according to the specifications and measurements stipulated in the Decision of the Chairman of the Board of Directors Concerning the Specifications of Number Plates of Small Marine Excursions, which should be permanently fixed on both sides of the top of Marine Excursions above the waterline.
