We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
After perusal of:
- Federal Law No. 28 of 2001 Establishing the Emirates Authority for Standardisation and Metrology and its amendments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2014 Concerning the UAE Scheme for the Control of Halal Products;
- The Dubai Order of 1961 Establishing the Dubai Municipality;
- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 27 of 2006 Concerning Management of the Government of Dubai Human Resources and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 35 of 2009 Concerning Management of the Public Funds of the Government of Dubai and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 13 of 2013 Establishing the Dubai Islamic Economy Development Centre; and
- Dubai Regulation No. 2 of 2010 Concerning Regulation of the Work of Conformity Assessment Bodies in the Emirate of Dubai,
Do hereby issue this Law.
This Law will be cited as “Law No. 27 of 2015 Establishing the Emirates International Accreditation Centre”.
