In the framework of achieving the vision and strategic objectives of the Department, and ensuring sustainability of our real estate services, Dubai Land Department has applied Integrated Management Systems (QHSE-IMS) policy which prescribes the general framework for handling all the real estate activities of the Department in relation to Registration, Regulation, Real Estate Development, and Rental Disputes Settlement within a unified commitment by all.
