- Declaration on Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information signed on 22 February 2017;
- Cabinet Decision No. 9 of 2016, concerning the commitment of the State to sign International Multilateral agreement and Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information.
- Insurance Authority Board of Directors Decision No. 25 of 2014 Concerning the Financial Regulations for Insurance Companies;
