Having reviewed Law No. (14) of 2016 establishing the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library and its amendments, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Foundation’.
have decided the following:
This Decision adopts the first edition of the ‘Guide to the Technical and Functional Requirements for the Electronic Document Management Programme for Government Entities’, as set out in the Annex, including the rules, requirements and procedures contained therein, and it shall be published on the Organisation’s website.
All government entities covered by the provisions of Law No. (14) of 2016, as referred to above, must comply with the guidelines approved by this Decision and take the necessary measures to ensure their implementation.
