Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (55) of 2023 on the regulation of the media and its Executive regulation,
Pursuant to Law No. (2) of 2021 concerning the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai,
Pursuant to Law No. (5) of 2022 establishing the Dubai Council for Media and its amendments,
Pursuant to Decree No. (6) of 2020 concerning the regulation of advertising in the Emirate of Dubai,
Pursuant to Decree No. (66) of 2024 concerning the designation of the competent authority in the Emirate of Dubai for the purposes of implementing Federal Decree-Law No. (55) of 2023 on the regulation of the media,
Pursuant to Executive Council Decision No. (30) of 2021 concerning the regulation of vocational education in the Emirate of Dubai,
