Having regard to Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 1996 concerning the General Authority for Civil Aviation,
Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (49) of 2022 concerning human resources in the Federal Government,
And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (54/M11) of 2020 concerning the appointment of the Chairman of the Authority’s Board of Directors,
Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (21/5) of 2022 concerning the restructuring of the Authority’s Board of Directors,
