Ministerial Decision No. 34 of 2026 Regarding the publication of the guide to the conditions and procedures for granting full-time sporting leave

Minister for Sport:

• Having regard to Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 2023 on Sport, and its Executive regulations,
• And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (22) of 2025 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Sport,
• Pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. (35) of 2025 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Sport,
• In accordance with the requirements of the public interest.

We have decided as follows:

Article (1)

Adoption of the Guide

The Guide to the Conditions and Procedures for Granting Full-Time Status in Sport, attached to this Decision, is hereby adopted and shall be implemented by all sporting bodies covered by its provisions.

Article (2)

Scope of the obligation to implement
