Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (3) of 2003 concerning the regulation of the telecommunications sector, its Executive regulation and amendments thereto, And pursuant to Board of Directors Decision No. (13) of 2018 concerning the approval of costs for participation in overseas mobile network sites, Based on the presentation given by the Director-General of the General Authority for Telecommunications Regulation and Digital Government, and the approval by the Authority’s Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 24 June 2026, of the memorandum of approval submitted to it by the Authority’s management,
have decided the following:
The costs of participation in overseas mobile telephone sites, as set out in the annex to this Decision, are hereby approved.
