Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (3) of 2003 on the regulation of the telecommunications sector, its Executive regulation and any amendments thereto,
and Decision No. (54) of 2020 concerning the adoption of Version No. (4.0) of the Regulations Governing Earth Stations,
Based on the proposal put forward by the Director-General of the General Authority for Telecommunications Regulation and Digital Government, and the approval by the Authority’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on 24 June 2026, of the memorandum of approval submitted to it by the Authority’s management,
have decided the following:
Version (5.0) of the Regulations on Earth Stations, annexed to this Decision, is hereby adopted.
