Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (3) of 2003 concerning the regulation of the telecommunications sector, its Executive regulations and any amendments thereto,
and Decision No. (14) of 2019 concerning the adoption of Version No. (1.0) of the Space Services Policy,
Based on the proposal put forward by the Director-General of the General Authority for Telecommunications Regulation and Digital Government, and the approval by the Authority’s Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 24 June 2026, of the memorandum of approval submitted to it by the Authority’s management,
have decided the following:
Version 2.0 of the Space Services Policy, annexed to this Decision, is hereby adopted.
