We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,
- Having reviewed the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 concerning the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended,
And based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
Have decreed as follows:
The Agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of Central Africa concerning the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments, signed in Abu Dhabi on 6 March 2025, the texts of which are attached hereto, is hereby ratified.
The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
