The Cabinet
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 42 of 2023 on Combating Commercial Fraud;
- Cabinet Decision No. 11 of 2020 concerning the Executive Regulations for Federal Law No. 19 of 2016 on Combating Commercial Fraud;
- based on the proposal submitted by the Minister of Economy and Tourism, and with the approval of the Cabinet,
has hereby decreed:
The definitions set out in Federal Decree-Law No. 42 of 2023 on combating commercial fraud shall apply to this Decision; otherwise, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings specified opposite each of them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
