- Having reviewed Abu Dhabi Law No. 1 of 2025 concerning the Reorganisation of the General Directorate of Customs – Abu Dhabi;

- Federal Decree No. 15 of 2022 ratifying the Unified Customs Code of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States, its Executive Regulations and amendments thereto;

- National Standard for Business Continuity Management Systems (AE/SCNS/NEMA 2021:7000);

-Guidance Manual on Business Continuity No. (7001AE/SCNS/NEM: 2015) issued by the National Authority for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management, and its amendments;

- for reasons dictated by the interests of the organisation, 

has hereby decided:
