- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (7) of 2000 concerning the Emirates Real Estate Corporation,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on public finance, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (35) of 2023 concerning federal property,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (25) of 2025 enacting the Civil Transactions Act,
- Pursuant to what was presented by the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and approved by the Cabinet,
We have issued the following Decree-Law:
Article 1
Abrogation of the Act
Federal Decree-Law No. (7) of 2000 concerning the Emirates Real Estate Corporation shall be abrogated.
Article 2
