having reviewed the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
Federal Law No. 7 of 2000 concerning the Emirates Real Estate Corporation;
Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 on Public Finance, as amended;
Federal Decree-Law No. 35 of 2023 concerning Federal Property;
Federal Decree-Law No. 25 of 2025 enacting the Civil Transactions Law;
Pursuant to what was presented by the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and approved by the Cabinet,

have issued the following Decree-Law:

Federal Law No. 7 of 2000 concerning the Emirates Real Estate Corporation shall be abrogated.

All assets, real estate and movable property owned by the Emirates Real Estate Corporation shall be transferred to the Ministry of State for Financial Affairs, and the Ministry shall succeed the Corporation in all its rights and obligations, inclu...
