- Having regard to Dubai Law No. 5 of 1995 establishing the Department of Finance;

- Dubai Law No. 22 of 2015 regarding the Regulation of Public-Private Partnerships in the Emirate of Dubai;

- Dubai Decree No. 20 of 2009 appointing the Director General of the Department of Finance,

have decided:

 

Article 1 – Definitions

The words and phrases contained in this decision shall have the meanings assigned to them in the aforementioned Dubai Law No. 22 of 2015. For the purposes of this decision, the term “report” means: “the report on the progress of the project to be submitted to the Partnership Committee, in accordance with Article 34 of the aforementioned Dubai Law No. 22 of 2015”, and the phrase “Competent Department” shall mean: “the organisational unit within the government entity responsible for supervising the project”.
