Dubai Administrative Decision No. 363 of 2026 Regarding Regulations and Criteria for Determining Peak Hours, Priority Parking Spaces, Events and Adjacent Public Car Parks

The Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Directors

- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 17 of 2005 establishing the Roads and Transport Authority and its amendments;

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 5 of 2016 regarding the Regulation of Vehicle Parking in the Emirate of Dubai and its Executive Regulations and amendments thereto,

have decided:

Article 1 - Definitions

The words and phrases contained in this Decision shall have the meanings assigned to them in the aforementioned Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 5 of 2016.

Article 2 - Determination of Peak Hours 

Peak hours subject to parking charges are defined as follows:

1. On weekdays from Monday to Saturday: from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, and from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

2. During the holy month of Ramadan, from Monday to Saturday: from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
